Our privacy policy under Thai data protection law: data we collect, legal bases, retention periods, your rights, cookies and how to exercise those rights.
Last updated 20 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, which legal basis we rely on, how long we keep it, who we disclose it to, and how you can exercise your rights. It has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2019.
Our principle is to collect as little as is necessary to provide the service, and not to use the data outside the purposes we have stated.
The data controller is the legal entity that provides this website. Its name, address and official contact channels are shown on the Contact us page and in the footer of every page.
We have a personal data protection coordinator responsible for requests to exercise rights and for complaints, who can be reached through the channels on the Contact us page.
Data you give us directly: your name or the nickname you would like to be called, your phone number, your LINE ID if you enter it, and the message you write in the contact form or the form requesting a number you want, including the list of plates you are interested in that is attached to that request.
Data generated by your use of the site: pages visited, time of visit, device and browser type, the source of the visit such as campaign parameters, and your IP address, which we store in a transformed form to reduce identifiability. This is used for security, preventing duplicate form submissions, and overall measurement.
Data from contact with us: conversation records and the status of work on your request, so that team members can take over from one another without you having to repeat your story.
We are not a party to the sale, so we do not ask for or store documents used for the transfer, such as copies of your national ID card or copies of vehicle documents. You send those documents directly to the seller.
We do not store the birth day you select in the lucky number calculator. The value you select is processed only to display the results; it is not saved to a database, not written to system logs, and not linked to your identity. If you want to keep the results, save the link or a screenshot yourself.
We do not store credit card details or payment information, because we do not accept payment for plates under any circumstances. Payment is directly between you and the seller.
We do not collect sensitive data as defined by law, such as data on religion, race, criminal records or health, and we ask that you do not enter such data in free-text fields.
To carry out your requests, such as checking whether a listing is still open, passing your interest on to the seller, and answering questions you send us. This relies on the basis of taking steps at the data subject's request before entering into a contract.
For our legitimate interests, such as keeping the system secure, preventing misuse, limiting the rate of form submissions, and improving the quality of the service from aggregate data. We have weighed these and consider that they do not affect your rights beyond what is reasonable.
For statistical measurement and advertising. This relies on the basis of consent, which is separate from submitting a form. You can refuse and still use every function of the website.
To comply with the law, such as keeping accounting and tax records or providing information to officials under powers granted by law. This relies on the basis of legal obligation.
Data of interested parties where no sale has taken place is kept for no more than 24 months from the last contact. After that, the system automatically deletes it or makes it impossible to identify the individual.
Raw IP addresses are kept for no more than 7 days for security checks. After that, only the transformed values, which cannot be reversed, are kept.
Documents related to sales and taxes are kept for the periods required by accounting and tax laws, even if this exceeds the periods above.
We disclose data only as necessary to service providers who work on our behalf as data processors, such as hosting and database providers, providers of notification messaging to our team, and website analytics providers, under agreements requiring them to use the data only on our instructions.
When you ask us to introduce you to a seller, we disclose your name and contact details to that seller only as necessary for them to contact you, passing on only the items you specified and not sending them to any other seller.
We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal data with third parties for those third parties' marketing purposes.
Where some service providers have servers located abroad, we choose providers with data protection measures at an adequate level as required by law.
Cookies necessary for the website to work, such as remembering your theme setting, calculation mode and the favourites stored on your device, are used without asking for consent because they are essential to providing the service. Your favourites and these settings are stored in your own browser and are not sent to us.
Cookies for measurement and advertising operate only when you give consent through the cookie banner. You can change your mind or withdraw consent at any time from the cookie settings on the website, and refusing does not stop any part of the site from working.
You have the right to request access to, and a copy of, the personal data we hold about you, and to ask about the source of any data you did not provide yourself.
You have the right to request that your data be corrected and kept up to date, that it be deleted or destroyed when it is no longer needed, that its use be temporarily suspended, and to object to processing in certain cases.
You have the right to withdraw any consent you have given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal, and the right to request that your data be transferred in a machine-readable format where technically feasible.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Commission if you believe we have not complied with the law.
You can send a request to exercise your rights via LINE through the channel shown on the Contact us page. Please state the right you wish to exercise, the relevant data, and how you would like us to get back to you.
We may ask for additional proof of identity to prevent someone else from exercising your rights, and we will complete the request within 30 days of receiving a complete request. If there is a necessary reason to extend this period, we will tell you why.
Exercising your rights is free of charge, unless the request is repetitive or excessive, in which case we will tell you the cost beforehand.
We encrypt data transmission on every page using a secure protocol, restrict access to data to staff who need it, use multi-factor authentication for back-office systems, and keep access logs for auditing.
If a personal data breach occurs that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Office of the Personal Data Protection Commission and notify you within the timeframes required by law.
This website may contain links to third-party websites or applications, such as chat channels or social media, which have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how those providers process data.
This service is intended for people who have reached the age of majority and can enter into legal transactions themselves. We do not intend to collect data from minors. If we find that we have received data from a minor without parental consent, we will delete it.
We may update this policy when the service or the law changes, and we will always state the date of the latest update on this page.
If there is a change that significantly affects your rights, we will notify you through appropriate channels before it takes effect.
To request access, correction or deletion of your data, or to withdraw consent, message our official LINE account through the channels on the contact page. We act on a complete request within 30 days of receiving it.
